You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways.
From inside the app
Open Luma.
Go to Profile and tap the gear icon in the top right.
Scroll to the Account section.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
By email, without the app
Write to iamajavagod@gmail.com with the subject Delete account. Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your username so we can find it. We confirm and delete within 30 days of the request, usually within a few days.
What is deleted
Your account, username, bio and avatar.
Every chat you had, together with all of its messages.
Characters you created, along with the chats other people had with them.
Your comments, reviews, likes, follows and blocks.
Your active sessions and notifications.
Your push notification token.
What is kept, and for how long
Two things survive deletion, and neither contains your name, your messages or any other content:
Usage counters tied to a device identifier. They exist so that deleting and recreating an account does not reset the daily message limit. The record is consumed and removed as soon as a new account is created on that device.
Identifiers of deleted records. Bare ids, kept so that apps still holding an old copy know to drop it.
If you only want to stop using the app without deleting anything, sign out instead: Settings → Sign out. Your data stays as it is.
