These terms govern your use of the Luma app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

The app creates a guest account on first launch. You may link a Google account, which lets you keep your data across devices and reinstalls. You are responsible for what happens through your account on your device.
Characters in Luma are fictional and their replies are generated by language models. Replies may be inaccurate, invented or inconsistent, and they are not professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Any resemblance a character bears to a real person is fictional.

Anything visible to other people — a published character's picture, name and description, your profile picture and bio, and comments — must not contain:
This applies to public content only. Your private chats stay private and are never shown to other users.
Content that breaks these rules may be removed and the account behind it suspended or deleted. Use the report button on a character, comment or profile to flag anything that does.
Characters, messages and other material you create remain yours. To run the service, you grant us the right to store that material and to process it, including sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy, for as long as your account exists. Characters you publish become visible to other users; your chats do not.
Free accounts have daily limits. A subscription removes them and unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow Google Play's terms and your local consumer rights. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not delete your account.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
You may delete your account at any time, as described on Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the law.
The app is provided as it is. We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In other cases we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then only for the damage typically foreseeable in such a contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
